If you are not entirely satisfied with your product or have any issue with your order we are here to help. You can return your item within 30 days from the day you receive it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused in the same condition you receive it. Your item must be in the original retail packaging well packed to avoid damage during transit. Send a message with pictures and reasons of refund request. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you about the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method. You will receive a credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies. When the reason for returning your order is because of damage during transit or a faulty item received, we will send you a Paid Return Label with instructions on how to return it, you will receive a replacement of your order or a full refund. For Change of Mind circumstances, we are happy for you to return your order within 7 days of receiving it as long the item is not used and in the original retail bag. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
